Part of a private new terrace of 4 chalet-apartments, it is situated just on the outskirts of Morzine town centre, a short walk from the free ski bus stop. A five minute journey by bus or car takes you to the centre of Morzine, giving you access to the ski lifts of Pleney and Super Morzine. In 10 minute you can drive to Les Gets or to Prodains and the Avoriaz telecabine or to Ardent where you can access into Chatel, Switzerland and the massive Portes du Soleil ski area.

In the summer you can cycle or walk into Morzine along the river trail, directly behind the chalet.

The accommodation offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious open plan lounge/dining room has cosy furnishings for 4 guests, with a dining area seating 4 and lounge area with sofas to relax and watch movies/free sat TV.

The kitchen is a fully fitted modern area with fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and plenty of storage for cooking items. There is a south facing balcony – with a table and chairs for 4 guests.

There are 2 bedrooms: 1 king size bedroom and 1 twin room.
