is a beautiful contemporary new apartment (65 m²) in an absolutely perfect location right in the centre of Morzine.
It is a one minute walk to the Super Morzine ski lift, as well as to the bakery and an excellent butcher’s and cheese shop.
There is a ski hire shop in the residence as well as two good restaurants; further bars, restaurants and shops are a short walk away.
The free ski bus is at the foot of the residence.

The apartment is ideal for up to 6 guests including children or for a maximum of 4-5 adults.
There is a comfortable spacious lounge with cosy sofas and an array of floor cushions, and a large wall mounted TV which has English and French channels as well as Netflix etc.
Big windows look over the mountains and the town and doors lead to a balcony with outside seating.
The kitchen is sleek and modern, fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
A lovely dining area seats 6.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed (with the option of an additional day bed for use by a small child); this bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds.
There is also a small cabine with a single bed in the entrance hall.
The two shower rooms – 1 ensuite and 1 additional separate shower room – are beautifully tiled and fitted.
There is an underground private parking space with electric charging point (not high speed).
